The same customer card for the physical and virtual store

The virtual customer card allows points to be acumulated on the card with each purchase, which can be converted into vouchers that entitle you to discounts on future purchases.

This interconnection allows the customer to accumulate points with purchases made in the online store and also in the physical store. To this end, the solution consists of having a reserved area available for the shopkeeper who can use the barcode reader. After reading the QR-Code, the allocation of points occurs automatically.
