Login process @ webmail

Plako informs that new functionalities were added to the login process at our webmail, as follows:

  • The user doesn't need to write the entire email address. In the user field it is only necessary to write the account name - the domain in the URL is added to the account name for the login process. Eg. if someone access through https://webmail.test.com and if the user simply writes "myaccount" at the account name, then the login will be myaccount@test.com.
  • If two or more domains meet in the same physical server space (test.com and test.pt), it doesn't matter which one is chosen, both are equally accepted.
  • If the webmail account was recently created and the password isn't defined yet through POP3, then the password defined for the login form will automatically be set for the webmail account.
